Your privacy is important to us.

The User (defined below) of this Platform (defined below), agrees to be bound by this privacy policy (“Policy”). In the event the terms and conditions of the Policy are not agreeable to the User, the User is requested to refrain from using this Platform.

WhatanAIdea Solutions Private Limited, formerly Clipbait Media Private Limited, (“Developer”) is concerned about the privacy of the data and information of the Users accessing the Platform, AIdea Central, and the other associated/ancillary applications, websites, and services managed by the Developer (“Platform”) and otherwise engaging with the Developer through the Platform.

This Policy is a legally binding document between the User and Developer. The terms of this Policy will be effective upon the User’s acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by use of the Platform) and will govern the relationship between the User and Developer.

This Policy forms an electronic contract within the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”), the rules made thereunder, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents/records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act, from time to time. This Policy does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

Developer will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Platform, so long as the login/access credentials match with yours. In order to make the best use of the Platform and enable your Information (defined below) to be captured accurately on the Platform, it is essential that you have logged in using your own credentials.

This Policy highlights the type of data collected from a User during the usage of the Platform. The Policy also explains the purposes for which the data is collected and the Developer’s policy regarding sharing such personal information with third-party entities.

As used herein, “you”, “user”, or “Users” shall mean anyone who uses or accesses/views the AIdea Central Platform and/or avails the Services on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console, or other device.

The terms “We”/ “Us”/ “Our” individually and collectively refer to and are synonymous with the term ‘Developer’ and the terms “You” / “Your” / “Yourself” are synonymous with the term ‘User’.

All defined terms used within this Policy but not specifically defined herein shall draw their meaning from the definition ascribed to such terms under the T&Cs.

Data Retention Policy

Uploaded images are stored with the Platform for a period of 7 days only, after which they are deleted from the system. Generated images and videos will continue to be retained.

Users who wish to terminate their account or remove their data must write to us at productsupport@whatanaidea.com with their request. The Developer will address such requests within 1 to 3 working days.

User Rights and Data Control

  1. Right to Access: All uploads are visible to the user on the platform for 7 days, after which this data is deleted entirely from the system.

  2. Right to Rectification: Users can request corrections by emailing productsupport@whatanaidea.com.

  3. Right to Data Portability: Users can download their uploads within the 7-day period from the platform. Generated images and videos can be downloaded anytime from the platform.

  4. Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdrawing consent will result in the deletion of the user account entirely, along with any personal data linked to the account.

  5. Right to Erasure: Users can request the deletion of their personal data from the platform by emailing productsupport@whatanaidea.com. The request will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.

  6. Right to Lodge a Complaint: If users feel that their data rights have been violated, they can file a complaint by contacting productsupport@whatanaidea.com. The Developer will address the grievance within 1 to 3 working days.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze platform usage. Cookies help remember user preferences, speed up login processes, and gather aggregated data for analytics. Users can manage cookie settings through their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features.

Child Protection Policy

AIdea Central is designed for users above the age of 18. If it is discovered that a user under 18 has registered without parental consent, the account will be immediately terminated, and associated data will be deleted. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform without consent, please contact us at productsupport@whatanaidea.com.

International Data Rights and Legal Disclosures

If you are a resident of California, the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom (UK), you are entitled to certain rights under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For California Residents (CCPA):

  • You have the right to request details about the personal data we collect, use, disclose, and sell (we do not sell personal data).
  • You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
